Cardconnect Collected payments without fowarding them to the merchant King of Prussia Pennsylvania
Cardconnect has collected $17,325.37 from my customers without fowarding the payments to my bank account. I have called in multiple times regarding this and told the department that handles it does not receive calls but will get in touch with me.
I have not spoken to anyone from this department, they have not reached out to me and are still holding my $17,325.37. They have been holding my money for 44 days now. This has to be some sort of Fraud and I am looking into what agency would investigate this type of fraud.
