Complaint Review: Car Door Customs

I over nighted a money order on Febuary 27th 2004 for a product and they received my money order on March 1st at 11:01am. They cashed my money order March 5th. They promised my order would be in my hands the last week in March. I wrote a follow up email about the last week in March, and it took emails every day and phone calls every day for a few day before I got a response. The response was "your order will be shipped in a couple days." It is now April 15th and I still havn't received my product. Tomorrow April 16th will be three weeks since they said it would "ship in a couple days." I've called and emailed every day for the last 2 weeks and have yet to get a response what so ever. In other words they took my money and ran per say!
