Complaint Review: CapitalCredit

I ordered a card from CapitalCredit was told it was a major credit card, and could be used anywhere turns out it could only be used in their catalog. Then I tried calling their telephone numbers and they were unreachable then they send me numberable letters for the same card everytime I send them a response they move or change around.
In short this is a scan and I can not keep up with them to get my refund.
