On October 24/2020 I ordered online an item to Walmart. I included a warranty service for three years. The item was shipped without the warranty and was charged only for the item (a 15.6" HP Laptop). I was not informed and realized only when the Capital One credit card charged for the laptop. I contacted Walmart and they did not complete a depth investigation and referred me to the seller NCS (Third Party). They contacted UPS and returned the item. I never saw the item. I was promised by Walmart and NCS to refund me the charge. On October 31st, 2020, Capital One applied an adjustment for $44.98. On November 25th, 2020 I was charged again for the same charge of $404.98. I contacted them and their response was the seller provided "additional information". I contacted the reseller and Walmart again. They promised investigation and Walmart and escalation. I still have the charge for $404.98 and no answer or updates.

A permanent adjustment of $404.98 and request Walmart to retire the three years Warranty they offer online and after they ship the item  they cancel it and says " out of stock"
