I am a college student that wanted to try to take advantage of the free vacation anywhere thaty came along with my agreement to recieve the two week package. Well its been two weeks and still no package. And have no clue on how to get a hold of this b*****d company. Obviously this is not the first time this has happened to a person. And most obviously isn't going to be the last. Its a skam they put on to recieve the first month. Something needs to be done about this!!

Talk to a person, NOT a recording!

If you call from a different phone than the number you gave them, The recording will ask you to enter the number they have on file. Enter a fake number. They will ask you to do it again, enter another fake number. Then they will ask you to enter the last 6 digits of your checking account number, and once again, enter a fake number. It will connect you to a person who will ask you for your number, give them the correct number and take it from there.
