CAPITAL ONE SERVICES CREDIT CARD SCAM RIP-OFF! RICHMOND Virginia
I WAS A VICTIM OF FRAUDENTLY BEING CHARGED OVER LIMIT FEES THAT WERE GENERATED BY PAST DUE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES THAT WERE BEING DISPUTED ON MY STATEMENTS FOR OVER TWO YEARS. I PAID OVER THE LIMIT CHARGES OF OVER $100.00 IN ONE YEAR AND PAST DUE OF OVER $75.00 IN ADDITION TO 25.9% INTEREST RATE. I WAS REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU AND HAD MY CREDIT HARMED BECAUSE WHEN I PAIT IT PFF AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT I REFUSED TO PAY THE PAST OVER THE LIMIT FEE AND IT GREW TO OVER $400.00.

I know for a fact that Capital One will charge you the over the limit fee even if you are only a few dollars over, which seems pretty scummy, but it is legal.
I hope you understand that nobody reading this report has any idea wether you were truely late with your payments, and/or, exceeded your credit limit, or not. Even if you have a legitimate complaint, this is a perfect example of how important it is to pay the charges and demand the refund later.
I can tell you that I have two different Capital One credit cards and I have not experianced any unproffessional or fraudulant behavior.
