Complaint Review: Capital Credit

Hi, I am reporting a credit card company called "Capital Credit". They promised me a gold card if I sent $44.00 for rush processing. They were supposed to be sending my card in 1 to 2 weeks. It has been 3 and I haven't heard from them yet. I have though read the other complaints against this company at ripoffs.com, but unfortunately it was too late! My money is gone. I am intrested to know if there has been a suit brought against them. If so, please anyone who knows about it, email me at pretty0225@hotmail.com If there is not a suit pending, I think we should start our own. Let's not let them get away with this!!
