On September 07th, 2001, I recieved a call from Capital Credit Alliance, stating I had been approved for a $8000 credit line, and I could use the credit card anyway I liked. I also was told I could shop out of catlogs, and that I had 3 benefit cards that also came with the package. If I wasn't satify after 30 days, I could cancel and owe nothing. I was told I needed a valid checking account to debit the $199.99 for annual fee.

I recieve my package within 2 weeks and on the third week, I tried to place an order from the catlog, and the line constanly stayed busy. I called every day and still couldn"t get anyone. I tried to use the card in a department store, and to my embaressment, it didn"t work. Furious, I called again, and just let the phone ring constantly, finally someone answer, and I told the lady, I did not want this credit card or the benefits, because something didn"t seem right. Her replied was, too bad, you"re a member and you can't get your money back. Nov 7th, CCA went back into my checking account and debited $149.00.

I keep calling these people, but all they do is put an operator on the phone, and says the call will terminate within 30 sec. What can I do to get my money back, they have cause my bank account to be overdrawn. I cant close the account out, because I have an automatic payroll deposit.
