Complaint Review: CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE

In July I received this great offer for a $6,500 Credit Line.
I figured...ah, cool. Well, now, they tapped my checking account for payments of $199.95 on 7/30/01 for membership
fee total then banged me for $49.95 for purchase security
guard, another $49.95 for extender and protector fee and another $49.95 for preferred membership. Then on 11/02/01
my account was nailed for $99 for Annual Fee. Making that
a total of $448.80.

I'm located in New Jersey.

HOW, if possible can I get this company to stop and give
back the cash???? I tried calling them and haven't gotten
an answer at 800-760-4045.

What can I do to get my money back???
