capital credit alliance, inc. are heartless con artists who prey on the hopeful hearts
When I received the credit card, I had just suffered the loss of my childrens father and being a single parent, thought that rebuilding my credit and having the opportunity to shop through a catalog and pay monthly installments that it would be great.
When I called to activate my card, I was told that the catalog contained household items, computers, games and jewelery. However, they did not tell me that the items were worthless materials. Not only did they deduct $199.00 from my checking account, several weeks later they deducted another $99.00 for "membership fee."
When I finally got in touch with them, which is almost impossible, I told them that I never authorized them to deduct the $99.00, they said it was a verbal agreement and that the money was non refundable. I am so angry, they must be stopped. I went to go look for their so-called website and found this ripoff report site. When I questioned them about the website I was told it was still being worked on, funny how 2 1/2 months earlier they said the same thing.
