On November 14, 1999, I submitted an order to Cambridge Camera Exchange, Inc. for one Vivitar Series One, 2X , 7 element Auto Focus Teleconverter, and enclosed a check for $99.70.

After some hesitation, I agreed to accept a Cambron Teleconverter as a subststution. Mr. Miller, of Cambridge, stated the Cambron Teleconverter was in stock, and would be shipped that same day.

On Decedmber 14, Cambridge rep. "Scott" that it had not been shipped because there were none in stock. I told him to cancel the order and he assured me he would do so.

On December 21, UPS attempted to deliver a package from Cambridge. Delivery was refdused because other options had been
pursued. A letter was mailed to Cambridge demanding an immediate refund.

On February 8, 2000, a follow-up letter was mailed. On March 13, I was informed by Cambridge rep. "Scott" that I would receive a refund in the next few days.

On April 19, I was informed by Scott that he would personally see that the refund was sent immediately.

On May 3, Scott stated he would send the refund as soon as possible.

On May 19, Scott stated that the refund had already been sent. On June 15, Scott stated again that the refund had already been
sent, but that he would check on it. As of October 15, 2000, the refund nor any part of it has not been received.
