He hired my company to do work and we completed the work. He said for weeks then months he was going to finish paying but never did. He said he was running low on funds and was waiting to get paid on a couple of customers then he would pay me. He kept giving me the runaround and never paid.  I will be filing legal charges against him. If you have been rip off by Dan please contact me so I can add your situation in front of the judge.

Not only is that true. He owes at least $10,000 to Heritage Supply and others. He is behind on the rent of his buildings. He does not offer insurance to his employees. No vacation the 1st year and only allows a week after the 1st year. No paid holidays and complains that he can't afford to pay his employees what they are worth. Yet he always seems to have the money to afford his Jaguar, his car collection and boat which "ALL" come directly out of the checks from his customers before it goes into the company. Refuses to do direct deposit because his payroll kept bouncing. I think it's strange that his son works for ADT in Florida, the company that distributes the payroll. I think there's a lot more going on here than what meets the eye. Yes. I think the Attorney General needs to look into this Fraud of a Business Man!
