Complaint Review: Cableflex

Cableflex ripoff unable to obtain all advertised and paid for manuals videos etc even after 2 months and numerous phone calls They no longer have an e-mail service deceptive company Plainview New York

I ordered my cableflex in June 2002, and was told it would be shipped in 3-7 days. After numerous calls, it arrived 3 weeks later. However, only the machine itself arrived; no manual, no videos or the "how-to" cards as promised. I was going to try to obtain them through their e:mail service, only to find that when I went to the web site, it stated, "no further online service with Customer Service."

I called within the week after receiving the machine and actually (finally) talked to a representative who assured me everything would be shipped "immediately." That was on July 3, 2002.

I'm still waiting, and have been unable to reach anybody by phone.
