OWNER BILL JACKSON REPREMANDED A COMPANY EMPLOYEE ROBIN WELLCHOSF WHO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER FOR TRYING TO DO HER JOB TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEMS.

BILL JACKSON CEO TOLD THE EMPLOYEE HER ACTIONS WERE MERELY EYECANDY FOR THE CUSTOMER, AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER CONFRONTED THE OWNER MADE THREATS TO THE CUSTOMER SAYING HE WOULD DISCONNECT SERVICE.

THIS KIND OF COMPANY AND ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS OR MONEY, AND IF A COMPANY FEELS HIS CUSTOMERS MEAN THAT LITTLE TOO HIM OBVIOUSLY HE IS MAKING TOO MUCH MONEY TO CARE.

I FEEL SORRY FOR HIS EMPLOYEES.
