Byron Dias aka Byron Joseph SCAMMER, WILL FOOL YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!! Fall River Massachusetts
Byron will answer a personal ad on Craigslist or somewhere, comes off as charming, complimentary, suave, etc. He soon changes by telling you he lost his wallet, had a car accident and is waiting for an insurance payment, has lots of money tied up in a NY Chase bank account but is unable to access it because he has no debit card due to his wallet being lost/stolen. You will feel bad for him and oblige when he asks to borrow money from you to pay a bill such as his child support payment, DMV to get his license back, phone bill, etc. You will be promised that he will return all borrowed money to you, AND give you even more money for your kindness. He will ask to borrow $60 which soon turns into $100, until next week when he still hasn't received the insurance check for his accident, but oh no, his child support of over $300 per week is now due! He needs more money now, because if he doesn't pay the child support, he will be in arrears and not be able to get his license just as soon as his check comes in the mail. This will go on as long as you belie his lies. Also, since he wrecked his "Mercedes", he will need YOU to drive him everywhere! You will go crazy driving him here, there, and soon learn that "it's right around the corner" really means 30 minutes away! He will tell you he his a model and actor. He will tell you his name is Byron Joseph, but his real name is Byron Dias. He fooled the wrong person (me) and I found out his background and discovered everything was a lie. Now $4800. later, I am warning you all to NOT fall for his game. Trust me, I dont need the affection of a smooth talker, I didn't help him to keep him in my life, I kept loaning him money because I got so sucked up in his game that I stuck around for my final payback that was promised to me over and over again. Truly, this man is a nightmare and I am glad to be rid of him. Mark my words, you will be sorry if you agree to loan him money, and be scammed out of as much as you can possibly give him!

So sorry to hear about everything you have all gone through. I am currently working on a documentary all about fraud and scams like this one and to help bring awareness to this terrible crime, we are looking to speak with individuals willing to share their story.
We are currently in the process of producing a new documentary series for a major broadcaster about extraordinary tales of deception - be it bigamy, catfishing or romance fraud. The series will focus on the bravery and heroism involved in bringing fraudsters to court and receiving justice for their crimes.

I am writing to thank the ladies who reported "Byron Miles"....U HAVE DONE YOUR JOB! At least in my case....I met Byron on a dating app, Tinder, chatted and decided to meet up. We had nice conversation, some flirting and he did pay at the restaurant. I felt comfortable to go to his place and hang out to watch a movie. He seemed like a nice guy, made future plans to meet up again. I get home and decide to google him and look what I find!! OMG! Right away I felt somewhat bamboozled, but thank god that I came across this before it went even further. Lesson learned! Moral of the story... GOOGLE BEFORE U MEET!!! So thank u ladies, u have saved me. There is one less victim out there.

I hope there is a way we can connect! If we can join forces maybe we can have him put away, since he is a con artist who scams women out of their money!! How did his daughter's mother and mother respond to your concern? I am also a PI and found out tons of info on him. im on the north shore....nineseven.....eight and nine fortythree, thirty five ninetytwo.

I wish I saw your report before I got involved with Byron Joseph Dias. Same exact lies! I'm not going to let him get away with it. I've been contacting his entourage (mother, daughter's mother and friends) and planning on filing a police report by the end of the week if I don't get my money back by then. Is there a way to get in contact with you?
