Complaint Review: Budget Rent A Car

Budget is claiming that you can get up to 40% off on your next 4+ day rental. Too bad this is not the case.

So far getting this deal to work has been hell. If you go to Budget's website and enter the code NOTHING is discounted, not even 1% of the price. I called Budget and got the classic run around from a rude CR who told me to call Air Canada because it's this offer. I called Air Canada and their pointing the finger back at Budget. This is ridiculous...another case of two corporate giants that do not want to honor a promotion.

I find if hard to believe that this offer has been posted on The Budget website yet they know nothing of it and are directing me to speak to Air Canada
