Complaint Review: Budget Dumpster

This may possibly be the biggest scam service I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.  They were scheduled to bring out a dumpster today with clear instructions to leave the dumpster in my driveway with enough clearance at the top to open the door of it and fill it.  When I got home, the dumpster had been dropped off and moved all the way to the top where the door to the dumpster was actually abutting a tree - and could not be opened to load it.

Assuming this was a simple mistake, I reached out to the sales rep first (Dumpster Joe) who was purportedly out of the office, and then routed to their admin / customer (dis)service dept.  

Their reply to me was that "I never told them not to put the dumpster up against a tree" and that I Would have to: 

1.  Pay 150.00 to have them move it back where I asked for it to go to begin with

2. Claimed they listened to a "recording of the sale" which was a complete lie - since the sales rep called me from his cell phone and:

a) if they actually had one, they would have heard my clear request to leave room at the end of the driveway to fill it (since we have had them before and happen to know where they need to be placed)

b) Given PA is a 2 party state, and there was no statement on the cell phone call of a recording, if they had one, they would be commiting a crime in PA

3.  Refused to credit me with the time that I have the dumpster and cant use it (it was a 14 day rental) and refused to get out quickly to get it moved into a proper location

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE FRAUDS
