Budget Car Rental Not Having Vehicle After Servation. Bad service would not compensate Ripoff Phoenix Arizona
Made reservation through budget.com. Upon arrival to pick up reserved vehicle of Minivan, the counter person told us that we reserved for a Premium vehicle. Told us that we need to show them evidence that we booked a Minivan. After we showed them our email stating Minivan, they told us that they're out of a Minivan and basically told us to "F" off.
