As a customer of BUBBLES AND SUDS CARPET CLEANING, I would their business for zero stars. This company provide very poor service. I ordered them to clean my bedroom. Their staff damaged my bedroom full of stains. My carpet looks worse now than before and I am not sure if the stain is removable if I will order other service to fix it.
At the end of the day, when the job was said to be complete, the carpet was covered with some dry foam so i was not able to see the final product before I paid for service. I called this company the next day but they refused to come and fix the job as they STATING THAN I MAKE THAT STAIN. I FEEL SO FRUSTRATED.
I PAID 200 DOLLARS FOR THIS CLEANING AND NOW I HAVE TO ORDER OTHER COMPANY TO COME AND CORRECT SOMEBODY'S DAMAGE . I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CUSTOMERS TO DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE and I would like to get some compensation or my money back . Thanks Daria Dubicka
