The first 2 times I let it go - being the acceptance of receiving no refund for clothing items in which I did not receive. The reasons in which the money was not refunded as stated by Brooke-Lynne Pardy were that she was unable to provided refunds for purchases made with a credit card.
Considering that the Old Moon Vintage Shop is online, one has to wonder what are the other options to submit payment? The 3rd time that it occured - I repeatedly made the request to Brook-Lynne Pardy to return the funds that were sent via CC for a purchase and she provided the same excuse. Clearly this is a scam, and 100 rip off. Think twice before shopping online at Old Moon Vintage Shop.
