Well me and the individual had been friends for a while and decided to open a wreslting multimedia company that would house videos and podcast. It costed a little money as we needed footage, shows to cover and advertisement. Everything consensual every move talked about and every dollar spent together and no all of a sudden he turns around and claims he been scammed.
It takes more than a year for a company make profit if it even does. We just started but has already filed to take me to court for the whole amount spent which included his own tickets, merch and promotions. Don't do Business with or accept funds for you will be threatened, harassed and then bankrupt.
