Complaint Review: Brand Rep

Brand Rep has committed fraud and won a charge back by making up information saying I used there service when I had not even logged into it from the time I purchased it. And they said I did not request a refund when I contacted them the very next day and asked for a refund. 

I have a phone record of that with the phone company proving that I contacted them the very next day. Not to mention they have a recorded line that says all calls are being monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.

 So they have my conversation on file along with the represented who took my credit card over the phone.  I filed a complaint with the FTC BBB Attorney General FBI  and the Department Of Consumers Affairs.
