They won't move their computers back to the second floor where they were before and won't allow unlimited use for these anymore. They're refusing to renew use of the library computers beyond one hour the way they used to. They can't cite any laws, regulations or policies for their change so they're just making it up as they go along.

Their manager Dominique China is totally incompetent and can't even answer basic simple questions about their so called "policy" and just keeps repeating the same nonsense over and over again.  She needs to be fired as well.

Their employee Katrine is a totally obnoxious rude b***h. She needs to be fired.

Tell everyone you know to boycott the Library, City of Brampton and all Brampton businesses until this policy is changed and all these lousy employees have been fired.

Call the Branch Manager Dominique China at (905) 793-4636 ext. 74227 or e-mail her at dchina@bramptonlibrary.ca and tell them what you think about their awful behaviour.

If you go to their website, under the "How Do I" section you can schedule a computer for use in 60 minute periods. Many computers have done a similar system to ensure that all patrons have a chance to use a computer instead of one person using one all day. You might try to schedule multiple periods if you need more than one hour.

As far as placement the library is going to decide where to place things. As long as there is handicap access there should be no problem with where they're located.

You may not like the new system but it's not a ripoff.
