Boyd Construction & Roofing Lied about quality of tools (LKQ-snapon or williams) no expressed warranty was given,or no as is mentioned. Could not and stated that no warrant was available for tools. Saginaw Tx
I was contacted by Ace Sales rep,numerous times about trying out tools ,if iI like them I would buy them. Upon recieving them, my mechanic brother told me to get a warranty/guarantee of durability of tools.
I call customer service,tranferred a lot,finally talking to lady obout warranty , she engaged in bidding war over tools, you let me ask my mgr. ,coming down lower, and lower. My objective was warranty ,durability , which did not exist . My starting and ending words was send ME a return label, this is still in the original shipping carton , and I WILL gladlys send this inferior junk back to you.
After that lots of calls and hangups, some threats, foul language strange call ,new numbers call and hangup. If there is a way for ClassAction Lawsuit for this please count me in . Also sending this to thier Lawyer in Houston,Tx (Benjamin Brown ) in regards to the return label. I'm not spending a dime to send this garbage back.
