No telephone or email contact information was provided by them to allow my disputing any of their claims. (All of this was done through written USPS letters. There was no SPECIFIC response to any of my written complaints.)
I suggest to others that the company's phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs can be obtained through online searches. I strongly recommend that any business with them be conducted entirely ONLINE to avoid latency in communications and payment acknowledgements.
