This combo has to rated in lemons so it gets 5 lemons for defective product and fraudulent service. Although you pay for the phone in full, it is locked into Boost Mobile service and you cannot change providers. Worse, their technicians software and insurance, appear to be a perfect marriage of defective incompetence and fraudulent service.
The HTC One SV phone was very hard to activate. It never worked properly. The software support provided by Boost Mobile is the worst ever. Getting someone on the phone to help you is disgustingly difficult. Although you paid for insurance, they will not honor your payment because it is in the supposed warranty period provided by HTC with a long list of exclusions. This is like being run around in a maze or cage with no outlet. I have been without a working phone for over five weeks now. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or USE BOOST MOBILE SERVICE!!!!

I have a boost mobil phone.. it's a LG marquee touch screen. It's unlimited use.
One flat rate. I get good mobil service. Maybe your phone was cheep. I don't know. I'm just saying I love it. I'm not getting crazy phone bills. I have never had a problem..did you remove an replace your SD card carefully? Boost has been good for us.
