I just received package from bolaiya, China today that I didn’t order. It looks like a blue colored plastic flowers ring? But it’s not ring, I guess napkin holder maybe. I don’t even know do they charge from my credit card or not. And should I return this product by usps? They don’t have product invoice in the envelope. What should I do?
