We have not been able tyo sell the property that we have and theyn won't help us with any of it. They have raised the maintance fees and taxes. They said they no longer rent them out for us. When we had it for rent they never did rent it. We have mtl co. trying to sell this property and they cant do it either.
We feel that it is a complete rip off.
