Complaint Review: Blue Haven Pools Of Baton Rouge

I hope that this report can help save someone the misery that i am going through at this time. Beware of the false "promises" that will be told to you.

In the beginning, Mr. Kennth Davis' presentation was 2nd to none. Three hours of explaining in great detail everything Blue Haven had to offer was enough to sell me and the contract was signed.

The beginning stages were great and fast, in fact, kind of unbelievable. I soon realized that it was only due to there being large amounts of money being paid at each step. As it got to the end and money was alot smaller, the worked slowed significantly. After all the money was paid, I was promised on a daily basis that my slide would be installed and the cool deck done shortly after that. That is something i nor you should never do; pay before it is fully completed. It has been 4 weeks and my slide is half installed with missing anchor bolts and stilled not plumbed. Still no cool deck either. Plumbing trenches have been dug up for 6 weeks now.

I call everyday and i am "promised" that it will be 2morrow. Mr. Davis does answer his phone eveytime but lies to me on a daily basis. Between him and Mr. Gary Fore, the lies have been unbelievable to say the least. Beware of these guys. They are good friends and they know what they are doing. And that is to get the money up front then skip out on you. They will also get you to add on things but to do it "on the side", and not through Blue Haven. Another tactic to screw you, the customer.

Their communication skills are also ridiculous. My seven year old is better at it then they are. Use them and you will find out. Read your contract fully before you sign it. It screws you and protects Blue Haven fully. I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully you have better luck than i did.
