blue bird/american express no fdic what 6 to 8 weeks on lost money ///policy//cant speak english 0 customer service offices over seas? Internet

Hi Ive had my blue bird card for about 3 months,with direct deposit.

a week ago i got off work went to mc donalds swipe card didnt work,well im hungry so im pissd at this point because all my money is on card and go next door to kroger to withdraw my money at best bank atm,i try several times to take the 300$ off my account because i figure ill just use the cash thats mine on my account and machine denied every request i left with my receipts says 0 transaction,i get home check my account all my money is gone i start then with customer service filed dispute and dispute deprtment will contact you by email in 2 buisness days no one has contacted me yet,i went to the bank where the atm was they tried to help me but blue bird would not cooperate.policy with blue bird is 6 to 8 weeks to get back with you on it what do i do i work hard fo my money and i have little children to support,i have been bullied out of my money from people i can barely communicate with who knows what kinda sweat shop telemarketing scam they are running?do not use blue bird unless you want you or your family to do without because of it.
