first off .. i ordered from a local business to help a local business and i found out that bloomex was handling my order
second, they are expensive and since when is it more expensive to ship flowers during weekends ??
i received a email saying that my order was delayed, when i logged into their website it was saying that my order was from 2016 ( 4 years ago)
i had to send them 2 emails to confirm the shipping address, i have been waiting on their chat for 15 minutes right now for answers and as of now, my order is still not delivered, and i still got no confirmation of when will it be delivered
