Short and simple. I rented two movies from Blockbuster Express. I returned one a day later, another a couple of days after that. Blockbuster charged me 32.78 for each movie, totaling 65.56.

I should've paid about $6.00.

I'm in the process of disputing the charges with my bank, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and all reporting/review websites I can find. Both times I contacted the customer service hotline the representatives AND manager were unable to help me, as they did now show when the movies were returned.

Like most of us, I cannot afford to pay $60.00+ for charges that I am not responsible for.

I'm astounded that such a large company cannot fix and are unwilling to assist in fixing these types of incidents. It is a horrible way to conduct business, and they will be loosing a fair amount of customers because of this.
