I signing up for a free trial in november ordered one movie then canceled in January of 2013. In June I realized they were still changing my card i call to see why they say they will only refund me 3 months even tho they charged me for 6 months and the blockbuster employee keeps trying to get me to renew and over and over i repeated tell her no after i canceled it i get the reimbursement a few days Her it is July and they charging me again I call they tell me another account was set up in my name which I didnt do and it was set up after i called in June they tell me they cant tell me who made da account without a subpeona since its fraud but they wont refund my money...no one has my card info....so no one made an account but the blockbuster employee..they telling me ill need a lawyer to get a refund,,,they wont give me any info on the fraudent account they set up themselves
