I ordered some wooden blinds from blindsgalore.com on the internet. The order blank ask for the size I wanted and the color I wanted.

I typed in that I wanted 69 1/2" by 69 1/2" for my living room window. The blinds have one solid header, which is 69 1/2" wide. There is two separate blinds on the one header which are 34 3/4" each wide.

On the order form there was a suggestion that when ordering blinds for a window this wide (69 1/2") it is best to order one header with two blinds from it.

When I sent the order, it was for two 34 3/4" wide by 69 1/2" in length. The next day I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Susan from blindsgalore.com.

She called to verify my order. I verified my order from the sizes above. When I received the order, the length had been changed to 34 3/4". This was not what I ordered.

Finally after several attempts, I talked to Susan on the phone. She said that she had an e-mail verification. This is not true it was only a phone call from her.

Susan said that the only thing I could do was to buy another set of blinds at a discount price. Why should I have to pay for her mistake?

I have got some blinds that are only half the size of my window that cost $174.00 in the corner of my closet.
