BingoA2Z allows internet gambling for customers using stolen credit cards or stolen cedit card numbers with out verifying the legal owner of the credit card. Gambling is permitted as soon as BingoA2Z knows the card number is legitimate. Any user name can be used and no cross check is done between the card number used, users name or users address before gambling is allowed to proceed.

If the thief wins and BingoA2Z must make a pay out, there is a sudden need to cross check the credit card number with name and address as well as requiring the winning thief to fax a photo ID and fax both the front an back of the credit card used.

At this point the thief obviously can not collect. GREAT! No not quite. BingA2Z now keeps the winnings. BingoA2Z is also now aware a fraud has occured. Even though BingoA2Z, now knows the charges made against the credit card are fraudulant, BingoA2Z still pockets the illegal debits against the card number used.

If you try to track down the thief by using the InternetIP address, time and date you can forget it. BingoA2Z only tracks the date and IP, not the time. The company handling the debits against the credit card should track and record the Internet IP, date and time. It does, but only through a L.A.N. between BingoA2Z and itself. So the Internet IP is now an untracable Local Area Network IP with the date and time and no way to reference between BingoA2Z's Good IP info and debiting company's Good time and date.

These guys are a ripoff marrage made for eachother and probably operate out of the same room togather. BingoA2Z finally reversed the charges made against my card after I got my bank involved.
