Went to big Tires formerly Big O Tires To have 4 used Hankook tires with over 150 thousand miles on them replaced with newer Hankook tires. Hankook is a great brand for tires and I always use that brand. I called around asking for a quote and was giving a great quote for 4 Hankook tires . I leave my company truck there all day and I come back right before they close to get my truck back. Thats when I notice the tires are not Hankook there some walmart tires that i did not want at all or even ask for. He Gilberto refused to give me back my old tires and told me theses tires would last me 90,000 miles.
When I ask to speak with a maneger he pointed me to Angel who not only is a rude basterd but very disrespectful. He said he couldnt do any thing cuase we agreed already with Gilberto an agreemeant that was not keep Which mean could get my tires back or money back . Accepting my fate on these crap tires I left. Then 2 monthas later with not even 3000 miles on those tires one of them explodeds on the freeway. I went back to try and get a replacement and for a whole week I was told to come back the next day was treated like a second class citezen by both Angel and Gilberto . I would routinely call and be either hung up on or giving an email address. The recipts they gave me dont even match my vehicles vin or odometer I do belive they are handing out fake recipts for tax purposes Very shady bussiness and if you look around yelp is full of complaints much like mine.
