bfdeals.com raises prices when they offer free shipping !!!!! Internet
Items ordered (2) - 3 Piece Santoku Knife Set
This company raises prices of their products when they offer free shipping. They are essentially not offering free shipping but building the price of shipping into the price. Of course, you have to be hawkish to catch this policy. When you bring the problem to the company, first they ignor it, then stonewall you.
BTW, they list an oversize shipping charge on the order form. When you receive the box, it was a normal size box. When you question this, they change their story to say it was a required signature charge. The items came in one box, but they charged for two oversize/signatures. Again, anyway to raise the price.
This company is unethical when they practice these policies. They do not tell the truth and will change their story to suit their needs. I will not be buying from this company again. There are more ethical companies.

When is free shipping not free shipping? When you raise the price to make it look like you get a deal. I discovered that you raised the price of this item from $15.72 to $18.72 when you offered free shipping on over $30. I hate unethical companies. I believe you owe me the $6.00 (ordered 2) of price increase from this bait and switch deal. Otherwise, you can forget my ever ordering from you again. It was bad enough you charged for oversize shipping ($4.00) when the box received was a normal size box.

I still have the email showing the lower price of $15.72 (March 18 - See below) for this item. This why you should be refunding the $6.00.
