The Modus operandi of these people is to Quote very cheap, Usually about a third of the current going charges, They then demand that prepayment is made in full, direct to a Bank normally in the west of England. They advertise with 0800 Freephone numbers, and once engaged, they do nothing at all, Just keep the money. This drags the whole PI Profession into disrepute.
