The site promises Business To Business Or Customer To Business: But it doesn't do anything.

If you complain about a company and then the company responds, the result is the company automatically wins, there is no negative outcome for the buisiness complained about and not matter what was said or done by the business including:; horrible customer service, denial of service, failure to complete a service, low quality goods, low quality service, failure to provide those goods, as long as the business responds there is no negative outcome for the accused business.

The problem is they never do anything. If you complain to them then they contact the business and if the business replies then the business wins. But even if the accused business does not respond at all nothing happens and nothing is ever done. So they do not do anything, ever.

As far as I am concerned, the BBB is a scam because how is it you can get away with doing nothing and offering a service you never do. The Better Business Bureau is a scam which is funny because people report scams and file complaints to them but they don't do anything with the information and they get paid to do nothing.

Imagine offerring the ability to report or complain about a business and then do absolutely nothing and whether or not the business responds at all is abitary because they do not do anything but contact the business, ask for a reply and that is it and if the business replies then the business wins if it doesn't reply nothing will happen to it.

After all businesses pay the BBB, so why would they take away their A+ rating because they are paid for the rating?

And if I complain then they don't do anything but contact the business, if there is a response then they win and I get "Business responded but customer not satisfied." And the rating is still A+ and nothing happened.

If the business does not respond then I receive "Business did not response. We take these things very seriously here." And then nothing happens and no punishment is issued.

There is no punishment and therefore no service or arbitration which is what they are offering.

Bottom line: They do not do anything.

Your expectation that they were going to do anything to begin with is what's hilarious.  What you wanted is for the BBB to step in and do the heavy lifting you won't do.  And when they couldn't, because they have no authority to do that heavy lifting you won't do, then you come here and complain.

Then, when I point out that it was hilarious for you to come here to complain in some kind of captain obvious situation, you engage in ad-hominum attacks, which only shows your overall impotence.  No wonder you can't get any satisfaction.

The BBB advertises that you have the right to post a complaint for free, and if you want to enter into arbitration, then you can....provided you pay for the arbitrator.  You got exactly as advertised.  That isn't a ripoff.

BTW, it doesn't matter who I am.  Guessing who I am only makes me laugh.....

You just proved that they do nothing and there is no reason to file a complaint because filing a complaint does not do anything. Maybe when you are working (By that I mean doing nothing all day and hanging out by the cooler at work because it is obvious that you are not intelligent probably like your father), you should not affirm my opinion by saying the result of a BBB report does not do anything and that it should be done in arbitration.

All you did, little jimmy, is say that a report is nothing because it does nothing because they cannot do anything.

You know what is hillarious? Your relatives that have passed away.

Just what EXACTLY do you want the BBB to do?  The BBB has no enforcement authority.  If a business chooses not to respond to a complaint, then the BBB only indicates the business opts not to respond.  The BBB can't force a business to do anything, even if they happen to not be a member.

Again, this goes back to what exactly do you want the BBB to do if they have no enfrcement ability?  Answer...nothing.  If they happen to respond, then the BBB will put the business' side of the story.  So they have your side and they have the business' side.

If you still aren't satisfied, then you can go to arbitration.  That will cost you more money as the BBB then arranges for a mediator to listen to both sides.  The mediator's decision is then binding on all parties.  If you still aren't satisfied, then you can take the business to court.  Be prepared to spend more money.

The botton line is that they offer a free service.  They also offer arbitration, but it isn't free.  If you really want to have an arbitrator listen to your case, then it's time for you to break open your wallet and put your money where your mouth is.  Be prepared to lose though....  I don't see too many times where the business loses in that situation either.....  Perhaps you're just wrong.
