Complaint Review: Best Buy

Best Buy On 08/20/20 I purchased a TV for my son along with a 3 year service and repair warranty. The TV has sound, but no picture. They’ve canceled the appointments twice citing they can’t get abs tech out. Mount Laurel New Jersey

Best Buy On 08/20/20 I purchased a TV for my son along with a 3 year service and repair warranty. The TV has sound, but no picture. We’ve called BestBuy and arranged for service to come to the house( because they do not want you to bring the item to their store if the TV is larger than 32”, they’ve canceled the appointments twice citing they can’t get abs tech. Out, but for me to contact and reschedule another appointment????????????? I’ll never recommend or buy from BESTBUY ever again. Mount Laurel New Jersey
