Best Buy Won’t honor warranty and won’t exchange tv Charlotte NC

I purchased a tv on February 28th and I got it home noticed a small blemish in the screen. I was like d**n I can live with it but it ambit worse so I contacted Best Buy they told me it was still under factory warranty and they would send out a tech. The tech came and tried to take apart my tv to fix it and broke it. Now I have a tv that’s broken and they told me it would take a month to replace it.

Well that’s came and gone I try and try to call but nobody has an answer or they just transfer me to other people. They just will not switch the tv very poor customer service and I paid extra for the warranty this store is the worst I hope everyone stops buying from them.
