Complaint Review: Best Buy

Best Buy Will not replace warrantied computer. Motherboard has beed replaced supposedly 3x in 7mths. Would not repair 1st time it went out. Said it is tough luck, and lets shoot for a 4th. Huntsville, Alabama

bought computer a yr & half ago  bought warranty, mother board acted up & was going out before 1st yr was up, but they argued with me & would not fix it til after yr was up & was completely crashed. this is now the 3rd time it's crashed in less than 7 months that they have replaced the motherboard 3 time, & they still have refused to replace the computer,

which is a desktop that i have paid over $1000 including warranties to get a 6 core processor. should have honored the warranty when I first took it back instead of giving me the run-around. it is always the motherboard. it is still under warranty & I want it replaced. PLEASE. Had they listened the first time I took it in I would not be going through this crap, as it was still under the manufacturer warranty (Hewlitt Packard, HP)

i purchased a laptop in the store (BEST BUY) in huntsville, alabama, i have gone in, called, psted comments, tried to find an email, and I am sooo angry & getting nowhere. the guy at the counter today said "you have bad luck, & lets try for a 4th time. the geek on the phone today said it is not covered by a lemon policy, & only if it goes out a 4th times... & the 3 times does not matter.
