Complaint Review: Best Buy

Best Buy,  Best Buy Support, no support at all, customer service worthless, store doesn't answer phone, and main number for service sends you to store, that doesn't answer the phone! Toronto Ontario

Tried to get an accessory for a Beats pill blue tooth speaker, I bought. Called the Dundas and Bay store 5 times no answer. Called the maind Best Buy 1-866 # they sent me back to the store again no answer. Then went to thier useless forum and spent 30 mins registering and trying to post a compaint and still couldn't navigate the d**n thing. So there is no real way to actually make a complaint to these people and if you can't get through to them, it's your tough luck. Best Buy is a major brand, nobody should have to run around for an hour trying to reach them and nobody in this day and age should have to walk into one of thier stores and take the risk of being told "gee we are sorry we are all out", and wasting hours in transit for the priviledge. I have spent thousands with those people over the years it really galls me that I can't even ask them a question or make a complaint without jumping thru hoops.
