One week after purchasing a 1997 Ford Explorer from Best Buy In Town Auto Inc. We discovered that there was an existing transmission leak and possible transmission repairs needed, estimated at $2100. Best Buy also mis quoted mileage on all paper work to be 4000 miles less than what was actually on vehicle at purchase.

Best Buy coerts us into buying a warranty that they never submitted to warranty company and have refused to refund $1500 fee paid for said warranty. Best Buy refuses to correct paper work to reflect correct mileage. Best Buy may have submitted false information to citifinancial to obtain loan for purchase of vehicle.

The leak isn't covered anyway...

BUT, what they have done is commited a felony by changing the mileage on the odometer statement. IF this is the case, go to the DMV and file a complaint, also turn them into the Attorney General, include the warranty problem too!
