We have always sent our payment in a little earlier than then needed and, most of the time more than the minimum due. Then all of a sudden I took a REAL close look at one of My bills, (I usually just glance at the minimum due and write a check).

This last round of doing the bills I noticed something not right and pulled the past statments, low and behold My balance was hardly moving due to late charges. Whats up with that? I send the payments so they won't get there late. Maybe they hold up the payment envelopes in the mailroom until the end of the payment due cycle, don't you think? ( conspiracy theory maybe? )

This is not the first time though, I had sent in a payment 4 or 5 days prior to due (1 day mail travel time ), 2 days after the due date They call My work demanding payment even though I told them when it was sent, I was told "well maybe it hasn't been processed yet" and I found out later that they cut off My credit limit. Maybe because I got a little perturbed that by this time it should have been processed? and it turns out I was still charged a late fee. This TOTALLY SUCKS.

Let's garher together people and fight to put a stop to this, once and for all. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!
