Best Buy, Boca Raton- Warranty- You don't have a choice

Best Buy says that you have a "choice" to buy their extended warranty. Yeah, right! If you expect to get any helpful and speedy service, you better buy the warranty. It is a standard practice that those without warranties are waited on less expeditiously and are given much hassle. I have even witnessed a sales manager purposely make a customer wait for over an hour for a product to be pulled off a shelf just because he didn't want to purchase a warranty.

When I asked him why, he called the man a curse word (customer was not around) and then said he would make him wait as long as he wanted because he would rather sell the product to someone who was purchasing a warranty.
