Complaint Review: Bernard Haldane And Associates

I had my first appointment with Haldane a couple of weeks ago. I was pretty impressed with the VP and we discussed a second meeting with my wife. When I was leaving their offices, a nice young women approached me and handed me some literature she said I should read. I was surprised to find information on this company that didn't come up in the search I did on the internet. We decided to go back for the second interview to see for ourselves if everything we read on this report and other articles was true. Sure enough, the VP fed us a big line on how they had a hidden market and guaranteed they would find me a job with their contacts at a much higher salary than I have ever had before. He also guaranteed I would be in that job in the next two months. When we finally read the fine print on the contract he gave us, it became clear what their real intentions were. They didn't actually guarantee anything in writing, including the information they provide on their "private" website. We declined and are thankful to the person who gave me the literature.
