BERLIN BASKETS - BerlinBaskets.com Gift was never delivered, ripoff Berlin Germany
I ordered a gift basket for an old school friend in Berlin, Germany with BerlinBaskets.com. Payment was with VISA thru paypal. Delivery was guaranteed to be before Christmas 2004. Gift was never delivered. When I e-mailed them they behaved rather noncooperative. I then contacted paypal and they in turn confirmed the nondelivery of the basket and eventually refunded my money about 30 days later.
