Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals is being sued under class action for fraudulent & deceptive marketing> The physical address where you would return the unwarranted product in order to dispute the credit card billing is : 1661 Waycross Road, Cincinnati, OH 45240.

If you cancelled your cycle program after your free trial, please FedEx the un-opened box to the address, make a copy of the FedEx slip and submit to your credit card company under your dispute clause.

In addition, you may want to include the complaints from this web-site as well as the class action suite. In additon, you may want to file a complaint against Berkeley with the Federal Trade Commision.
