I tried several times to get my statement online for my claims paid or declined for my heathcare providers but failed. Apparently they want me to call with specific information about the claim and insist on providing them with specific date and provider name. I expalined to them I have had health insurance before and the comanies allow you to see the statement that one can drill down or filter by date or name of provider to view your statement online without calling the insurer. The agent became upset when I asked why are they hiding my claims since I pay my isurance evdery month. I suspect they are denying claims without me knowing because I was in hospital but keep getting unpaid bills from the hospital and docors that provided the service. Now I cannot tell who was paid or not.

Mybk is the only website that shows the benefits and payments but NOT the claims. That smells corruption or fraud because when I called the number they claimed the are only responsible for billing and nothing to do with claims. If I can see my payments why can not see how the money was paid out by logging into same account or a different one for the insurance? Most of these represntatives have an Asian ascent and suspect they are contractors outsied the USA. I could be wrong but threre is no cooperation to provide my claims statement online for a huge insurance comapany; that is unheard of. I even asked them to send me a copy of my Maay or Spril statement when I was in hospital but never received anything till to date. That is unacceptable!
